RETURN + EXCHANGES
We hope you love your new purchase! If for some reason your aren’t 100% satisfied we are happy to exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt – Provided the goods arrive to us in perfect condition, have not been worn, washed, altered in any way and have the original swing tags attached. We accept refunds for full price items only. Sale items, pre order items, footwear and handbags are exchange or credit note only. Take note swimwear, underwear, eyewear and jewellery items can not be returned for hygiene purposes.
RETURNS POLICY 1. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM
All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with a completed RETURNS ORDER (RO) form.
- Simply email [email protected] and request an RETURNS ORDER (RO) FORM.
- Within 48 hours (Mon-Friday) you will receive an email with a copy of our RO form which you need to fill out and return back to us via email or alternitavely you can print a copy and pack this together with your returned item/s. On this form you will need to select whether you want an exchange or return and list returned items.
- Once you’ve obtained an RO form, please proceed to post your returned item/s in their original condition back to our given address.

2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN The item(s) returned must:
- The good/s must be in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
- Not smell of perfume/deodorant/washing powder -So please take due care when trying on your order.
- Returns can not be accepted unless we have received a copy of your completed RO form.
3. WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED
- For hygienic reasons jewellery, eyewear, swimwear or underwear
- Sale items & handbags and footwear can be returned for exchange or credit note only – However full priced items purchased using a discount code can be returned.
- PRE – ORDERED ITEMS: For all pre order items – we allow exchange or credit note only. Please note credit notes are valid for 2 months.
4. ASSESSING THE RETURN:
- The returned item will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.
- Please note any shipping fees paid by the customer will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued within 5 business days from receiving the returned good.
- CREDIT / DEBIT CARD / Paypal funds can take up to 10 business days to see the funds enter your account from the issue date.
- All return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item was faulty, however we offer complimentary outward shipping for your first size change (valid for customers within Australia only).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the returned goods are returned and received on time, within the relevant time frame, and sent to us using a viable postal or courier option, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during transit. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty items for which we are happy to reimburse. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received without prior authorization from us, or does not arrive within the acceptable return period.
5. FAULTY ITEMS OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED: We take great pride in the quality of our products, therefore all items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. In the unlikely case of a faulty garment we must be notified at ZiiPORA within 7 days of purchase. If you believe your garment has a fault, please email [email protected] including the below information: – A description of the garment – A description of the fault, size – Whether you would like to us exchange or refund. Faulty garments will not be accepted unless they are in brand new condition with tags attached. Once we deem that the item you received is faulty or incorrect we will refund you the shipping costs and you can choose between the following options:
- We can refund you entire amount you paid for the faulty or incorrect item.
- Or replace your faulty item with a brand new one if we have the item in stock.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: The returns policy as above applies to all our international orders except with the below changes:
- All good/s must be returned to ZiiPORA within 14 days of recieving.
- All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Note original and return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer and can not be credited (refunded). This includes the return shipping cost in the event of an exchange.
